Rattan was founded on the belief that a business doesn't have to compromise to create great products at great prices. We hope to pass a positive attitude towards life to all through our products. We are all a little wild at heart, are we not? There is much to be gained from traveling and seeing the world. We should all embrace at least a little wanderlust. Elliot, "We shall not cease from exploration, and the end of all our exploring will be to arrive where we started and know the place for the first time." Now, riding your bike and let's go for a trip! Becasue you will nerver know how beautiful the world is before you go outside. Then you will find that we are not selling you a cool bike but the amazing scenery along the way. Our team has only been in existence for only 5 years since its inception. During these five years, we have grown a lot and won the praise of many customers. But we still clearly understand that there are many places where we are not perfect. Sales support from Rattan was very… Sales support from Rattan was very communicative a few hours after placing my order Leon reached out re; my free basket. And he also kept me aware of the shipping time-frame. I like the fact the response time is quick and really excited to try the LM 750 pro after all the great YouTube videos I've watched online.

My family LOVES our LF 750 Pros My family LOVES our LF 750 Pros. We live in Harlem and we picked up a pair of these at the end of the summer to transport our kids to school across town. It's been SO much fun and cut our commute in half. No kore waiting for buses and trains. Pedal assist makes getting up the 110th street hill a breeze. They shipped fast. Assembly was easy and came with great accessories. Get a Rattan! You won't regret it.

RATTAN EBIKES- LOOK AT COMPETITORS or those looking for a Great e-bike-… For those looking for a Great e-bike- look at ALL COMPETITORS FIRST - BBB has poor rating for this company, as I have had. Numerous problems with controllers and throttle components with many consumers, very slow customer service and they don't offer ANY technical advise. If I could return my bike I certainly would and go purchase an Aventon E-bike. Trust me, DO NOT PURCHASE any Rattan products, you WILL regret it!

Great Customer Service After ordering my bike I realized that I had forgotten to include the promo code to get an advertised discount. I reached out to customer service hoping that I could provide the promo code and still receive the discount. While I was hopeful, I wasn't optimistic. Customer support replied quickly and gave me the discount. I can't wait to get the bikes.
