GBGreat bike so far build quality is… Great bike so far build quality is excellent. The bike is very heavy.It took me about 2 hours to assemble just because I was unfamiliar with it.It’s very fast and responsive, tackled very steep hills in our neighborhood on assist 2 with no problems. Not sure about reliability yet I will revisit.

GBScam company used a phony price on… Scam company used a phony price on Amazon to inflate their sales ranks and then pulled the rug on 15 thousand orders and ruined the holidays for so many children. Awful company buy from anyone else not these scum. Yea good try those bikes were sold and shipped by Amazon which means it could only be signed up for by your company. Not an unauthorized third party.

GBGreat Customer Service After ordering my bike I realized that I had forgotten to include the promo code to get an advertised discount. I reached out to customer service hoping that I could provide the promo code and still receive the discount. While I was hopeful, I wasn't optimistic. Customer support replied quickly and gave me the discount. I can't wait to get the bikes.
