The e-bike we choose I have two Rad Power Rad Runner e-bikes which are super dependable. The Rattan Pathfinder is a big, fun bike. Super fast. Coasts very well. Great acceleration. There’s really no comparison to the Rad Power bikes we bought. But I’m sure that’s by design. When we go into the garage, the pathfinder is what we jump on first. With that said, customer service must be done through email. While annoying, I do get the sense that they care about the success of their company, and as a result, will work though the challenges of time zone differences.

Super recommended - Leon is the best Super impressed with the quality and value for money of the rattan bike. I had to make an urgent order as it was for a trip, Leon from customer support was so responsive and diligent and helped me make sure all came in on time. The shipping was fast and smooth and the assembly was almost done when then bike arrived so it took a couple of minutes and it was ready. Super powerful, strong (used it with my mother at the back), and great battery.

Solid, dependable and fast! After doing research and finding the LM750 from Rattan, I was nervous about what the quality would be because of the low price. My fears were squashed when it arrived. It’s heavy, solid and has great components. The powerful 750W motor provides a smooth and effortless riding experience. The battery life is exceptional, The shock seat and handlebars make for a comfortable ride, even on long rides. The LCD display is easy to read and provides all the information you need. Honest time: The website is confusing with picture of gifts and accessories that don’t necessarily arrive together and mine was shipped missing a piece. HOWEVER, what matters is that Rattan has been very responsive and remedied each issue quickly and without question. I have no doubt that if I have another issue come up, that I won’t worry about their customer service.

Scam company used a phony price on… Scam company used a phony price on Amazon to inflate their sales ranks and then pulled the rug on 15 thousand orders and ruined the holidays for so many children. Awful company buy from anyone else not these scum. Yea good try those bikes were sold and shipped by Amazon which means it could only be signed up for by your company. Not an unauthorized third party.
