Rattan was founded on the belief that a business doesn't have to compromise to create great products at great prices. We hope to pass a positive attitude towards life to all through our products. Now, riding your bike and let's go for a trip! Becasue you will nerver know how beautiful the world is before you go outside. Then you will find that we are not selling you a cool bike but the amazing scenery along the way. Our team has only been in existence for only 5 years since its inception. Sales support from Rattan was very… Sales support from Rattan was very communicative a few hours after placing my order Leon reached out re; my free basket. And he also kept me aware of the shipping time-frame. I like the fact the response time is quick and really excited to try the LM 750 pro after all the great YouTube videos I've watched online.

Scam company used a phony price on… Scam company used a phony price on Amazon to inflate their sales ranks and then pulled the rug on 15 thousand orders and ruined the holidays for so many children. Awful company buy from anyone else not these scum. Yea good try those bikes were sold and shipped by Amazon which means it could only be signed up for by your company. Not an unauthorized third party.

This the best all around e-bike company… This the best all around e-bike company with excellent customer service! I bought my wife the step thru LF-750 model and myself the LM-750 and we couldn’t be happier. Very impressed with the build quality, customer service is beyond amazing, ride quality is very comfortable and fast. Would highly recommend.
