GBThe e-bike we choose I have two Rad Power Rad Runner e-bikes which are super dependable. The Rattan Pathfinder is a big, fun bike. Super fast. Coasts very well. Great acceleration. There’s really no comparison to the Rad Power bikes we bought. But I’m sure that’s by design. When we go into the garage, the pathfinder is what we jump on first. With that said, customer service must be done through email. While annoying, I do get the sense that they care about the success of their company, and as a result, will work though the challenges of time zone differences.

GBSolid, dependable and fast! After doing research and finding the LM750 from Rattan, I was nervous about what the quality would be because of the low price. My fears were squashed when it arrived. It’s heavy, solid and has great components. The powerful 750W motor provides a smooth and effortless riding experience. The battery life is exceptional, The shock seat and handlebars make for a comfortable ride, even on long rides. The LCD display is easy to read and provides all the information you need. Honest time: The website is confusing with picture of gifts and accessories that don’t necessarily arrive together and mine was shipped missing a piece. HOWEVER, what matters is that Rattan has been very responsive and remedied each issue quickly and without question. I have no doubt that if I have another issue come up, that I won’t worry about their customer service.

GBI ordered a pair of LF 750 Pro e-bikes… I ordered a pair of LF 750 Pro e-bikes 2 weeks ago. They arrived well packed and undamaged after 6 days. Leon at Rattan customer service has been awesome to deal with answering questions before and after I ordered. So far after 6 days of riding I have put 55 miles on it and love it!

GBMy family LOVES our LF 750 Pros My family LOVES our LF 750 Pros. We live in Harlem and we picked up a pair of these at the end of the summer to transport our kids to school across town. It's been SO much fun and cut our commute in half. No kore waiting for buses and trains. Pedal assist makes getting up the 110th street hill a breeze. They shipped fast. Assembly was easy and came with great accessories. Get a Rattan! You won't regret it.
