Completely impossible to get in contact… Completely impossible to get in contact with this compagny by e-mail. Called them twice but same s….. result. How on earth can you call yourself a serious choise when you are completely r…… on your customer support?

False advertising and theft Ordered some clubs online. They emailed me to offer me a different spec as they didn't have what I ordered. I asked them to cancel the order and refund me over a week ago and no contact from them since then and no refund. So false advertising on their site, terrible customer service and theft of my money so far.

Great product fast dispatch Great product fast dispatch. That's why I rated 5. As I have used them before, I'd hoped this time the delivery had improved. Unfortunately it had not. They should state please allow 7/10 days for standard delivery. This stops people getting wound up.

Winn Midsize golf grips I recently started using winn excel soft grips. I would highly recommend these grips for people who suffer from arthritis because you have a lovely soft feel and are ideal for playing in hot weather. Haven't tried them yet in the rain . Service from Nordica was excellent .

Shipment was delayed and no information… Shipment was delayed and no information about the delay was given to the customer. I had to send a great deal of email to get to know the status of my order and they did not reply fast nor to all of them. Poor information and communication. NOT RECOMMENDED
