GBNo items and no refund Ordered clubs almost 2 months ago, they have given tracking numbers that have been delivered to Sweden when I am in the UK. Not responding to emails. Even requested a refund and nothing. I would stay away from this company.

IEPoor communication and organisation Poor communication and organisation. Website said items were in-stock. Upon chasing up where my order was two weeks later I was told they were waiting for an item to restock in 2 days and I then got a shipment notification two days later. Delivery tracking hadn't moved after a further two weeks so I emailed again to be told they are waiting on another item to be restocked. Why would they lie about shipping it and they might be this time! I am yet to receive my order 1 month on.

NLShipment was delayed and no information… Shipment was delayed and no information about the delay was given to the customer. I had to send a great deal of email to get to know the status of my order and they did not reply fast nor to all of them. Poor information and communication. NOT RECOMMENDED

PTIt was the first time I visited… It was the first time I visited Nordicagolf site. I liked very much the process of customise clubs. The order processing and delivering time was very nice. Now I am testing the clubs on my golf club course to see if my expectations will be fulfill. Many thanks.

GBSeemed good to start with don't bother. Seemed good to start with, a quick response to my query about a driver shaft. All went quickly downhill from there. Despite ordering an 'in stock' item my order was still shown as processing a week after ordering. No responses to the phone calls or emails until I raised a Paypal dispute when suddenly I received an email stating that my driver shaft should be built in a 'few days'. Not good enough, I've asked for the order to be cancelled, I'll bet that gets ignored as well.
