AUFalse advertising and theft Ordered some clubs online. They emailed me to offer me a different spec as they didn't have what I ordered. I asked them to cancel the order and refund me over a week ago and no contact from them since then and no refund. So false advertising on their site, terrible customer service and theft of my money so far.

FRStay far ! I ordered on Nordicagolf, articles declared in stock on the site. After payment normally accepted by Klarna (equivalent to paypal), a message appears "Operation canceled, products not available in stock" and that's it. No confirmation email, nothing. However, 2 days later, debit in the name of Nordica-Klarna, on my credit card. Contacts by email, phone not accessible (message in Swedish, then line busy): at the beginning, answer "I think you will be reimbursed today" (!). Since then, multiple exchanges blaming Klarna, that they ask me to contact (!) To request the refund (I contacted them anyway, no response to date). 5 weeks that it lasts! Be aware that if you order from Nordica, you run the risk like me and others (see reviews) of being debited for the amount, without items and without proof of purchase, and of being walked for weeks without (yet, I hope) to be reimbursed.

NLShipment was delayed and no information… Shipment was delayed and no information about the delay was given to the customer. I had to send a great deal of email to get to know the status of my order and they did not reply fast nor to all of them. Poor information and communication. NOT RECOMMENDED

GBOrdered a couple of Acer woods Ordered a couple of Acer woods . 11 wood and 15 wood.dely took 5 days. Upon receipt one club , the 15 wood arrived with a damaged shaft. Sent Nordica an email with photos. They dispatched replacement same day.. Can't fault club quality or service .
