AUFalse advertising and theft Ordered some clubs online. They emailed me to offer me a different spec as they didn't have what I ordered. I asked them to cancel the order and refund me over a week ago and no contact from them since then and no refund. So false advertising on their site, terrible customer service and theft of my money so far.

GBHappy customer. Would recommend. Ordered a replacement shaft with adaptor for my Cobra Speedzone driver as I wanted a regular flex to replace the stiff shaft it came with. Ordered on Friday 23rd July with immediate acknowledgement. Message from DHL confirming it had been picked up for delivery on Tues 27th and delivered to my home in Scotland on the Thursday 29th. 6 days from time of order from Sweden to UK. Tried it out yesterday and very happy with it. Would use again without question.

IENordicagolf made the exact clubs I needed for my height (203cm) and swing. Over the last 20 years I have been trying to get clubs that suited my height and swing. I have arthritis in both my wrists, so with the arthritic grips, spine alignment and the sensicore added to the clubs, l feel more confident that when I hit the clubs off the ground, the shock won't travel up the clubs and hurt my wrists. These clubs make me a better golfer.

IEPoor communication and organisation Poor communication and organisation. Website said items were in-stock. Upon chasing up where my order was two weeks later I was told they were waiting for an item to restock in 2 days and I then got a shipment notification two days later. Delivery tracking hadn't moved after a further two weeks so I emailed again to be told they are waiting on another item to be restocked. Why would they lie about shipping it and they might be this time! I am yet to receive my order 1 month on.

GBItem not arrived after almost 4 weeks… Item not arrived after almost 4 weeks and I’m told to wait another fortnight before asking for a replacement to be sent. Comms slow as well
