GBGood way to get reservations Good way to get reservations. Would like to see a category of last minute deals from courses that don't want to leave empty tee times. Very irritating when course demands up front total payment. I won't use that course because i get stuck with the cost if one of the other players has to cancel at last minute

GBBad Business You charged me (upfront) for your reservation services. The only problem was the course does not have an agreement with you and therefore charged me full price. The $16+ you charged me was just lost money. What do you think my next experience would be with your company?

GBGreatest SPAM Ever Greatest SPAM ever! I don't play golf, never contacted this company and I get e-mail offers from them several times a day. Somehow marking it SPAM doesn't seem to turn it off. I love Golf18Network!

GBHorrible Booking Expierence Attempt to make reservation and kept on getting an error message and could not book tee-time. Attempt 4 different tee times and received same error. Their system charged my card for each tee time despite my not being able to reserve a tee time. Still waiting for over $100 to be refunded.

GBFees ar non-refundable for any reason I made a reservation on Friday to play 8:33 Saturday morning. We had to cancel and I called to service which does not open until 8:00. I got an answering service and left a message. I called again at 8:00 and the still were not open. They charged me $7.60 for the reservation and I requested a refund. He said that was non-refundable and those fees went to the service. That was the last time I will use the service and if the golf course continues to use them I will go somewhere that is customer friendly.
