GBEasy to use Easy to use. Saves you bucks. Wish it was easier to book more than 4 players at once, especially for hot deals. Great benefit to have fees waved after booking 10 rounds. This is a real advantage over the competitor that charges you a hundred bucks for the same benefit! Golf 18 reigns!

CAGreat billing practice I made online bookings thru their website. Due to change of plan, I had to call the course to cancel the bookings. Unfortunately, the course made a mistake and did not cancel the bookings, and I was charged for no show. I reported to Golf18. This issue was investigated, resolved and refunded within two days. Great service!

GBHorrible Booking Expierence Attempt to make reservation and kept on getting an error message and could not book tee-time. Attempt 4 different tee times and received same error. Their system charged my card for each tee time despite my not being able to reserve a tee time. Still waiting for over $100 to be refunded.

GBBeware Beware: A tee time booked via Golf18 Network is by no means a guaranteed reservation. In my case, I booked a tee time, 4 days in advance at Old Orange in Ft. Myers, FL. The next day they contacted me and advised that my time had been cancelled due to a member that wanted to add guests. No regard whatsoever for our reservation. Never mind that we're from out of town on vacation and arranged our schedule around this ahead of time. To add "insult to injury" I've yet to receive a refund of $30.60, and the stinking $3.90 booking fee Golf18 charged me to not get a tee time. Yeah, I'm unhappy.

GBBad Business You charged me (upfront) for your reservation services. The only problem was the course does not have an agreement with you and therefore charged me full price. The $16+ you charged me was just lost money. What do you think my next experience would be with your company?
