Great billing practice I made online bookings thru their website. Due to change of plan, I had to call the course to cancel the bookings. Unfortunately, the course made a mistake and did not cancel the bookings, and I was charged for no show. I reported to Golf18. This issue was investigated, resolved and refunded within two days. Great service!

On two occasions, due to personal circumstances we found it necessary to reschedule our tee times. Both times, as a result of a quick phone call,thier courteous staff took the necessary action and our needs were met. We highly recommend Golf18 Network to anyone wishing to book their next golf game.

Savings can be had Prices on some courses are higher than you can get by calling the course direct. Deals can be had. Best deal was when you could purchase credits at a discount, such as $500 worth of credits for $300, which equated to a 60% discount. But then it became harder to find tee times that accepted credits. Booking fee is reasonable, compared to the more well known site, plus book ten times and fees are waived for that year and the next.

Do not use golf18network I tried to cancel my booking and the ph no they supplied with the confirmation doesn’t work….no way to get in touch with golf18network to speak to anyone so once you book there is no refund. Avoid them if at all possible.

Horrible Booking Expierence Attempt to make reservation and kept on getting an error message and could not book tee-time. Attempt 4 different tee times and received same error. Their system charged my card for each tee time despite my not being able to reserve a tee time. Still waiting for over $100 to be refunded.
