Not always what you expect Golf18 sometimes offer "savings " which you expect to be against the cost of a round of golf. However these are usually only offset against their booking fees rather than the golf itself. I purchased $500 worth of golf18 vouchers for $300. A great deal I thought until I discovered I could only save $4 or $5 per round booked and even then the same rounds were often cheaper on other sites anyway. An attempt to reclaim my money once I had realised it was not what I had expected was met with a blank refusal. I acknowledge that there are some rounds that I could have offset the total cost using the vouchers but there is no way of identifying them up front. I would also query why golf18 is offering rounds of golf at times that are well after dark and therefore unplayable (Royal St.Cloud)

Fees ar non-refundable for any reason I made a reservation on Friday to play 8:33 Saturday morning. We had to cancel and I called to service which does not open until 8:00. I got an answering service and left a message. I called again at 8:00 and the still were not open. They charged me $7.60 for the reservation and I requested a refund. He said that was non-refundable and those fees went to the service. That was the last time I will use the service and if the golf course continues to use them I will go somewhere that is customer friendly.

Easy to use. Website is easy to navigate. Tee times available throughout the day. Cost conscious players can take advantage of times later in the day. Tech help is excellent. Could use a larger selection of courses to choose from.

Great billing practice I made online bookings thru their website. Due to change of plan, I had to call the course to cancel the bookings. Unfortunately, the course made a mistake and did not cancel the bookings, and I was charged for no show. I reported to Golf18. This issue was investigated, resolved and refunded within two days. Great service!

On two occasions, due to personal circumstances we found it necessary to reschedule our tee times. Both times, as a result of a quick phone call,thier courteous staff took the necessary action and our needs were met. We highly recommend Golf18 Network to anyone wishing to book their next golf game.
