GBFalse Advertising and NO CISTOMER SERVICE Ordered a snowboard and the binding inserts are not standard. I tried a local hardware store, a friend that has hardware from the past 25 years of snowboarding and finally a proshop at the closest ski resort to no avail. The proshop informed that the inserts were also crooked which comprises the integrity. This company advertises that the board is of high quality and that is simply not the case. I have tried to contact the seller many times and have not heard back. I ended up having to dispute the charge.

GBGot my Makuw snowboard at a steal price! have been looking for japanese brand Makuw 真空雪板等 for a while. All on season models shipped from japan costs $300-$500. Was looking for some older models from 3-4 seasons ago. Saw some older models left by the old distributor which has since closed in USA on board for less website. Only cost me $149!!!!! Saw so many poor rated reviews on those horror stories about board for less. So i used Q&A to check with customer service if they had particular models for the board i want. Responded fast no problem. Yes the website itself needs some upgrade and update. we still see christmas shipping details at this time of the year. Tracked the shipping by UPS. Delivered at my doorstep today. To get this board at $149 is a steal. I am happy to do business with board for less and i want to revert the poor impression and review ratings for this company. Because i have had great experience here. ITs a good place if you wanna buy some cheap antiques board .

BRGreat Prices I was freaking out after I placed the order and started reading some of the awful reviews, but I got everything delivered fast and the products have great prices, I dont know much about snowboarding but all the products I got are as described Its true no customer service response from phone, but other than that 5star

GBWISHING WE READ THESE REVIEWS B4 BUYING FROM THE CROOKS Nice as pie during the purchasing process. Now it seems the company has fallen off the face of the earth! Received the wrong colored board and two left bindings. Have sent numerous emails with no response. Have tried calling almost every day. No one answers and voice mailbox is full. There's got to be a way to report these thieves and somehow get our money back. Will join forces with anyone wanting to file suit.

GBBoardsforless = great prices on snowboards Girlfriend loves her board, shipping was quick but their is no way to contact anyone and my emails were not initionally returned. So great product at a great price with poor customer service. With improved customer service I would give 5 stars.
