Great Prices I was freaking out after I placed the order and started reading some of the awful reviews, but I got everything delivered fast and the products have great prices, I dont know much about snowboarding but all the products I got are as described Its true no customer service response from phone, but other than that 5star

Fraud. Awful service!!! Stay away from these thieves!!!!!!!!!!! Sent us absolutely wrong gear. Never got resolved. We paid for return shipping and they shut off all communication, keeping the (wrong) stuff we already paid for + they extra money we put in for return shipping. Can't reach these asses by phone since their voice mail is always full... Don't buy from these crooks.

Worried at first but all good in the end When I ordered my helmet, boots and gloves I didn't receive any confirmation or an email saying my order was shipped. I became worried thait it was a mistake but within a week the order was delivered and I love the products.

Bad customer service- Does not respond to multiple emails regarding RMA I've already sent this business multiple emails for an RMA request to return some snowboards boots that ended up being a tad-bit too big for my feet, and yet no response back from these guys. I should have did a search on this business prior to making that transaction as I could have avoided buying from these guys had I known about all these negative reviews about these chumps. I, like others here, most likely will end up with the same fate. My purchase was less than $50 but $50 is money nonetheless.

Theives and liars I ordered over $350 worth of merchandise on November 28th and received my products within 2 weeks. Upon inspection of my order I realized I didn't receive the leash & lock combo I ordered. I immediately emailed the company and received no reply, nor did they reply to the 3 following emails I sent regarding this issue. The phone number goes directly to voicemail and a full mailbox, so no ability to leave a message. The chat feature on the site is never answered either. I am currently disputing the charges through PayPal and my next step will be a class action law suit followed by a civil suit against the owner personally. This company has zero customer service and are ran by either incompetent morons or theives! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
