GBHaving quite a difficult time with… Having quite a difficult time with customer service. Not only are they extremely rude (Sean) but they make you jump through hoops and go back and forth instead of just doing the right thing for their customer. They want to try to fix a part on the wheel that is covered under warranty instead of replacing it even after a local Bike Mechanic said was it was too dangerous to fix and should be replaced due to the manufacturer defect. Their head mechanic at juiced even said not to ride the bike because its too dangerous. Was planning to buy a Hyper Scorpion but no way now... I will not do business with a company that puts their customers at risk.

GBCustomer Service Was Great For Me... Customer Service was awesome, got my bike yesterday, headlight bracket was broken, called CS, they sent the new parts while I was on the phone, I spoke with Michelle. I actually ordered two bikes, A RipCurrent S and Scrambler (Founders Edition), both bikes have been assembled and used, so far these bikes are amazing!

GBDon't trust this company, worst warranty practices. Don't trust this company! My Ocean Current had an electrical fire and I still couldn't get a replacement! My faith in humanity has gone up in black smoke just like that first ride on a Juiced Bike. It took half a year to get it repaired. Correspondence was like screaming into the void of space, only to receive faulty parts with damaged insulation. I'll never make large purchases upfront again in my life.

GBJuiced customer support is terrible and… Juiced customer support is terrible and my bike has been down for over a month now. Please message me back via any one of the multiple ways I've tried to contact you and I'll take this message down. I've tried calling numerous times, been hung up on multiple times, emailed, used the chat bot and am now using any social media possible to try to get help. While I love my bike I'm getting very dissappointed with this lack of customer service.

GBI just don't trust a company that posts… I just don't trust a company that posts only 5-star reviews on their website! After owning a Juiced Scrambler for about a year, I sent a review to them that was only 2 stars. For good reason; seat foam that flattened out after a couple months, (I only weigh 140 lbs), non-adjustable seat makes for very uncomfortable pedaling for anyone taller than about 5'5", lack of accessories like a basic rack make it difficult to carry anything, etc. But did they put it on their website? Nope, they only post 5-star reviews which is just plain dishonest and misleading. Sold my Juiced and bought a Himiway, better bike for slightly less money.
