Great Bike So far my bike is operating a advertised. Great quality and value. The customer service is amazing and they definitely stand behind their product. Had a couple of minor issues such as scratched paint and broken fender caused by the front tire that broke loose from the packaging strap and a headlight that did not work. They immediately addressed the issue and provided a gift card for the inconvenience. I highly recommend doing business with Juiced Bikes!

Customer Service? What customer service?? My wife and I recently purchased a couple of new RipCurrent S bikes. So far we're happy with them. My issue is with support, which turns out is pathetic. I've been asking for suggestions (several requests) for a stem change to replace the stock handlebar on my bike. I have heard absolutely NOTHING back from support. Bikes seem to be decent products but Juiced support needs MUCH improvement. Knowing what I know now, I probably would not have purchased from this company.

Had two problems Had two problems. Rear fender snapped in two for no reason. Was replaced, but wrong part sent...I modified it to fit. Second, Power was repeatedly lost while riding. Weeks, and several emails later, finally got correct instructions on how to adjust brake handle to avoid kill signal activation. Bike now running great and I love it....but rough start.

Having quite a difficult time with… Having quite a difficult time with customer service. Not only are they extremely rude (Sean) but they make you jump through hoops and go back and forth instead of just doing the right thing for their customer. They want to try to fix a part on the wheel that is covered under warranty instead of replacing it even after a local Bike Mechanic said was it was too dangerous to fix and should be replaced due to the manufacturer defect. Their head mechanic at juiced even said not to ride the bike because its too dangerous. Was planning to buy a Hyper Scorpion but no way now... I will not do business with a company that puts their customers at risk.

Be very careful with this company Be very careful with this company. Their 5 to 7 day time to fill an order is bogus. Customer service indicated perhaps in 4 weeks time. They will charge a restock fee as well just for canceling and order which apparently will take much longer to fulfill relative to what is advertised. In short, your basically screwed once they have your payment.
