Juiced customer support is terrible and… Juiced customer support is terrible and my bike has been down for over a month now. Please message me back via any one of the multiple ways I've tried to contact you and I'll take this message down. I've tried calling numerous times, been hung up on multiple times, emailed, used the chat bot and am now using any social media possible to try to get help. While I love my bike I'm getting very dissappointed with this lack of customer service.

We just purchased two RipCurrent S's to… We just purchased two RipCurrent S's to add to our two CrossCurrent's. These bikes have changed our lives. We are out getting exercise and loving every minute of it. Well built, great pricing and fantastic customer service, I wish everything i bought came close to giving us the satisfaction Juiced bikes bring us. Dan

Absolutely worst customer service Absolutely worst customer service. My bike was defective, bad parts stopped being put together. I am paying for a bike I can’t use. Customer service useless. Stay away from these thieves, they will take your money but do not back up their products.

This is the second review in two weeks This is the second review in two weeks. Juiced is a great company, I enjoy riding my Juiced bike more than my other 2 ebikes which cost far more money. Tora knows what people enjoy in an ebike quality performance, speed, range, beautiful design, backed up with the best of class Service department.

FINALLY GOT A RESPONSE Due to an accident, my wife's handlebars were destroyed. Attempted to call customer service 20 times over two weeks. No one answers. Sent repeated emails from the juiced website requesting assistance from their "customer service". Have not received one response from them. Their customer service department DOES NOT EXIST. UPDATE: My email from August 9th was answered on August 22nd. In their email they apologized for their long delay in responding. They told me the part I needed was being processed. They would contact me when it was shipped.
