Great product.. Kick strap.,,,, but is anyone minding the store...? Love my new Kick strap ..it is a well designed product that I will enjoy wearing for years. However, when I tried to contact the customer service to change my original order to this strap..there was no one around..and no one answered emails for 2 days.. I had go through the company directory to find someone to help me, which I finally did. I live in Canada and wanted to purchase the product here but the Canadian vendor listed on their website is not listing the BR products at all on their site, so I purchased directly through BR US, and paid the $30 US for shipping plus duty etc. I have later learned that Henry's Camera here in Toronto is selling BR straps. This could have saved me money. BR needs up to date list of international vendors. This was all a big hassle that is easily avoided.

Misshaped threads Ordered a couple new quick-release plates (5x4cm). One of them had miss-shaped 1/4 - 20 threads. Luckily I had a 1/4 - 20 thread cutting tool I used to fix the issue so I could use the plate on assignment the next day. I'd expect for price point of the product they'd be more careful about shipping bad product.

Purchased 2 Segways. Purchased 2 Segways. Money taken Order acknowledged No delivery and they have just ignored all communication Store has been changed to B rapido. Beware!

Not the best experience. Beware. After starting the returns process following the failure of their (now updated) Quick Detach connector on the Sport X strap. The Customer Relation Team offered a like for like replacement as long as I was willing to wait only to renege on their original offer a few days later. Be careful to ask for the upgraded QD connector as the old one in my experience disconnects randomly.

Needs Some Getting Used To Works well just need to get it adjusted right. One small thing, directions need a tad more detail. Its not hard to understand took me maybe 15/20 min's to work it out. However, if the directions were better it would have me taken me so long!
