GBTerrible customer service The reason I gave 1 star was because my package came late. I know that's not black Rapids fault and I don't blame them for it. I did however reach out to the email that was provided in the contact us section of the website and emailed them. I never got a reply back. Any reply would've sufficed but nope. Not a single reply. Why have a contact us page if you're not gonna reply?

GBNot the best experience. Beware. After starting the returns process following the failure of their (now updated) Quick Detach connector on the Sport X strap. The Customer Relation Team offered a like for like replacement as long as I was willing to wait only to renege on their original offer a few days later. Be careful to ask for the upgraded QD connector as the old one in my experience disconnects randomly.

GBNeeds Some Getting Used To Works well just need to get it adjusted right. One small thing, directions need a tad more detail. Its not hard to understand took me maybe 15/20 min's to work it out. However, if the directions were better it would have me taken me so long!

GBPoor customer service - rude email exchange I purchase a strap and the box was pre opened by bllackrapid. They should have informed me that they open all packages before sending. I emailed customer service and asked why was the package opened and I was rudely responded to. Stating that I need to send her pictures and that they open and preassemble. The item looked used.
