Descriptions and charges could be clearer I am from the UK and there wasn't any visibility on there being extra duty tax charges which I received almost 2 weeks after receiving the item. Also the website didn't allow me to track what was going on with the purchase, when I logged back into the site it didn't show my purchase history - if it wasn't for the automated emails I'd have had no visibility in the process. Also the website wasn't clear as to what was included per item so I bought an unnecessary item as an extra. The quality of the product I received was great but the online site has a lot to be desired in terms of usability and clarity.

The directions as to tracking a shipment were not apparent even with much time spent looking to locate them.

Scam Scam. I also ordered two Hoover boards. Was given a tracking number and what I received was an invoice with special delivery which needs to be signed. Now the status says delivered. Clever really. Im gutted
