CAGreat product.. Kick strap.,,,, but is anyone minding the store...? Love my new Kick strap ..it is a well designed product that I will enjoy wearing for years. However, when I tried to contact the customer service to change my original order to this strap..there was no one around..and no one answered emails for 2 days.. I had go through the company directory to find someone to help me, which I finally did. I live in Canada and wanted to purchase the product here but the Canadian vendor listed on their website is not listing the BR products at all on their site, so I purchased directly through BR US, and paid the $30 US for shipping plus duty etc. I have later learned that Henry's Camera here in Toronto is selling BR straps. This could have saved me money. BR needs up to date list of international vendors. This was all a big hassle that is easily avoided.

GBBlackRapid Customer Service failed to respond to a "Contact us" Query BlackRapid Customer Service failed to respond to a "Contact us" Query regarding how to use your BR website to track a delivery. The directions as to tracking a shipment were not apparent even with much time spent looking to locate them.

GBPoor customer service - rude email exchange I purchase a strap and the box was pre opened by bllackrapid. They should have informed me that they open all packages before sending. I emailed customer service and asked why was the package opened and I was rudely responded to. Stating that I need to send her pictures and that they open and preassemble. The item looked used.

JPReally not great Really not great. Bought a Curve Breathe Cross-Body Strap and a BlackRapid Hand Breathe Camera Strap. Both were not intuitive when trying to get started. the Hand strap comes with a wrist support that does not really feel sturdy and the hooks that connect to the hand strip are quite flimsy. Funny, it's expensive stuff so I thought I will buy it as it should be good but don't be fooled, this is really not good and a waste of money. Quite frustrated with this label actually....great marketing though, they have got that right!

GBScam Scam. I also ordered two Hoover boards. Was given a tracking number and what I received was an invoice with special delivery which needs to be signed. Now the status says delivered. Clever really. Im gutted
