Paid for monthly, it said I needed a subscription or to upgrade (which I had and did not need to do) I clicked on it to see options and it automatically upgraded me to annual 100$. Instantly tried to contact support... There is none.. a run around automated system chat and then support sends emails with cookie cutter template responses with zero help or substance no matter what you say. scammed for 100$ Never would have guessed from an official NFL site. Now looking here... 1.2 stars.. everyone similar experiences. TRASH

Terrible streaming quality and app Really buggy, terrible streaming quality, constantly have to re-verify and then still does not find active subscription. Very poorly designed and bad customer service. Can not get refund for unusable app.

Scam Scam. Tried to watch replays of Bengals v. Browns, and then Lions v. Vikings today. Both games went from herky-jerky, to fuzzy, to being completely dropped. And trying to pull the game back up was an aggravating waste of time. They take the money, then don't deliver the product. If this isn't a wire-fraud scheme, it's pretty close to it. The only thing this app delivers is aggravation (and your money into the scammers pockets).
