GBI ordered a jacket for my dog over six… I ordered a jacket for my dog over six weeks ago, it has not arrived and petyfy won’t even answer my emails. So a few days after I posted this I got an email saying that they don’t know where my package is but they were going to give me a complete refund but I haven’t heard from them since.

GBWHAT A RIP-OFF What a disaster. I ordered a pet coat before Christmas which has yet to arrive. Terrible customer service-no shipping number, barely any response when contacted-had the nerve to offer a "ten dollar coupon" which never materialized. One star ONLY because a ZERO is not available. Do yourself a favor and AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE CORONA VIRUS! BUY AMERICAN-MADE GOODS!

GBBUYERS BEWARE! BUYERS BEWARE! Horrible RETURN POLICY Please make sure your confident with your purchase. 30 day return policy has you ship your $40 doggy back pack AUSTRIA! Ordered and while in transit I decided it was best to purchase a pet stroller far less taxing toting around 29lbs male dog for a senior adult. Please note: item is unused. A 30 day Return policy does not include return shipping with several concessions. The cost and time you’ll spend to ship abroad is more of a headache to return a $40 back pack. Your unable to leave a review on their website unless your a “HAPPY CUSTOMER” and clearly the reviews are bias. Horrible REFUND/RETURN policy and sub standard business practice!

GBI ordered TWO dog jackets in December… I ordered TWO dog jackets in December and in late February I sent an email to the company and like others received an initial response telling me that my package was "lost in the mail". They offered refund or to re- ship my order. I opted for that but they have not responded to any further emails to confirm ! I'm going to dispute the charge with my credit card company! Also the phone number in the email they sent me doesn't work!

GBScam "company" - Worst customer service ever Order placed 6 weeks ago has still not arrived. Repeated attempts have been made to contact Customer Service - but no response ever received. I can't understand how a company can stay in business after treating its customers so shoddily. Save your self a lot of frustration and don't bother even trying to place an order - they will take your money but fail to deliver. Giving them a 1-star review only because I could not give them ZERO stars!
