SCAMMERS!! SCAMMERS!!! Placed an order that was acknowledged on 12/29/20. Money was debited from my account. Never received item and company has not responded to multiple emails...phone number provided takes you to a dead end. Shame on the social media platforms who allow scammers to advertise. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Terrible customer service Ten days ago, I ordered a waterproof jacket and got an immediate confirmation email, but no order number. I have not received any updates letting me know the product has shipped. And two attempts to contact the company have produced no responses. My credit card has already been processed and I have no way to cancel the order. I'll probably buy a different jacket elsewhere and return this one for a refund if it ever arrives.

PETYFY IS A TOTAL SCAM! Petyfy is a total scam company! Do not buy anything from this company! I saw their ad on Facebook and placed two orders in December 2020. They took my credit card payment and sent me two confirmation emails that my orders were on their way. They never arrived. After 2 months I emailed asking for refunds with no response, and their website disappeared for a while. I am out almost $79.00.

Never Again!! Order a winter jacket for my dog using their sizing guidance (xxl) and added 1 size up to make sure it was large enough. It took over 5 weeks to arrive and then the xxxl jacket was WAY too small. I contacted them about returning for exchange and was told no exchanges (not their written policy). They offered to send me another correct size BUT ONLY IF I PAID an additional 50% of the cost of the jacket plus shipping. Do not buy from this company!!!!!!

I purchased a vest that did not fit my… I purchased a vest that did not fit my dog. The company makes it impossible to return. Awful customer service. They provided a mailing address in Austria if I " insist" on return, but they generally declined it. Not a company worth anyone's support or your money given the way they treat customers.
