It’s been 3 months, no tracking number yet I ordered a set of adjustable dumbbells June 3 2021. It is September and I still haven’t gotten a tracking number or anything. I reached out to the company several times through the process and they always say my dumbbells are set to ship in the next week or two, but they never do. I am issuing a chargeback tomorrow.

Great adjustable dumbbells Great adjustable dumbbells. Love them for the small indoor gym we created. We like that 5-45lbs are available in one dumbbell. Looking forward to many workouts with these. Shipping took approximately 6 weeks- which was expected and stated when we ordered. Customer service has been professional and prompt. Would recommend.

Wouldn't order anything again Wouldn't order anything again, 4-6 weeks delivery turned into 11. All I got what excuses blaming the shipping company, not my issue, that's your issue and you should fix it. I got a sports equipment delivery in four days, in December! They've figured out, you should too. Ordered Oct 1st, arrived today, Dec 19th.

Highly Recommended Highly Recommended. I ordered the BWSS Adjustable Dumbbell Mini Set because I was looking for a set of weights that wouldn't take up a lot of space and these fit perfectly. They also were more affordable than other brands of adjustable dumbbells and the company offers an easy way to pay for them. Although deliver was slow due to COVID, I thought it was nice that the CEO/Owner reached out to customers via email. This small touch was enough to ensure I would order again and I ended up ordering an adjustable kettlebell as well.

Bulls**t Company! I purchased adjustable weights and the handle broke and the weights fell off when using. I contacted customer service a month ago- it’s all a lie. Fake emails- passing off to fake names of employees pretending to help.They are a s**t company- who gave run around and back and forth emails as they accepted orders and money for products: they don’t stand behind the quality of any of it and have proven they don’t give a s**t about the customer! No wonder they had 70percent off sale they are closing up shop and not seeing through their commitments as a company! Crap business! Crap customer service that doesn’t exist!
