It’s been 3 months, no tracking number yet I ordered a set of adjustable dumbbells June 3 2021. It is September and I still haven’t gotten a tracking number or anything. I reached out to the company several times through the process and they always say my dumbbells are set to ship in the next week or two, but they never do. I am issuing a chargeback tomorrow.

I have been looking for an adjustable… I have been looking for an adjustable kettle bell to add a much needed change to my workout routine. The BWSS adjustable 40 lbs kettle bell(KB) was just what I wanted. The locking mechanism on the top of the KB makes adjusting the weight extremely easy between reps and the handle is not awkward and makes exercises like KB swings, windmills, and lifts very. I am very pleased with this purchase and may consider purchasing another one in the near future

Non-responsive customer care Purchased adjustable dumbbells at the height of Covid lockdown. Took much longer than advertised to arrive (somewhat understandable)....Used the dumbbells for a few months until one broke (a poor design/manufacture). Started a conversation with their customer care who sounded very understanding at first but then went silent and didn't respond to my follow-up emails. Checked their website today and looks like the company is no longer online. I guess they made their money by being opportunistic during Covid and by the looks of it left a lot of people dissatisfied. Perhaps a lesson for the future - trust brands you know?

Buyer Beware Company does not ship on time. Ordered adjustable dumbbells with stated shipment time of 2-4 weeks. After 6 weeks no shipment and no communication. Had to file dispute with credit card company. BWSS likewise did not respond to dispute. Company also removes all negative reviews from their website. Ordered same adjustable dumbbell set from competitor and received in one week.

I purchased 95lb I purchased 95lb. adjustable dumbbells and I can’t believe how much better these are than traditional dumbbells. They really pay for themselves! BWSS is a great company who communicated shipping delays which isn’t even their fault. There’s a global container shortage, longshoreman worker issues related to Covid, etc. I would highly recommend this company.
