Terrible Customer Service BWSS's customer support is terrible. The product I ordered came damaged. They acknowledge that this happens a lot, blamed it completly on the shipping company, and said I needed to settle it with them. After that proved to be a dead end, BWSS kept passing me back and forth between two people, Kira and Sarah, who each clearly didn't even bother reading the email thread and offered absolutely no help. They gave me the run around until I just gave up. Their products aren't unique, I suggest ordering from any other company.

It’s been 3 months, no tracking number yet I ordered a set of adjustable dumbbells June 3 2021. It is September and I still haven’t gotten a tracking number or anything. I reached out to the company several times through the process and they always say my dumbbells are set to ship in the next week or two, but they never do. I am issuing a chargeback tomorrow.

Given the shipping difficulties due to Covid-19, and vaccine distribution, I knew the timeliness of delivery would be delayed. BWSS always kept me updated on status of my items, so I didn’t have to initiate any contacts with them. Their updates were much appreciated. I didn’t feel like I was ignored like I experienced with other companies.

Frustrating and dangerous Ordered a full set with the 90 lb adjustable dumbbells. The bench and bands never showed up. At least they refunded me for those. The weights only weigh 79 lbs and 82 lbs, far from their claimed 90 lbs. beyond that, after a few months the weights started falling off! Incredibly dangerous!!!! I tried using tape and epoxy to re-adhere the lip that the weight uses but it just is not enough. Don’t waste your money.

It took a while for the product to arrive, which was a bit stressful, but the customer service team (Kira especially) was an amazing help at keeping me updated, and making sure I knew when it could be expected to arrive. The weights are great, and have become an almost-daily used item in our household. The settings are pretty easy to figure out, and the weights are sturdy. So far, so good!
