Non-responsive customer care Purchased adjustable dumbbells at the height of Covid lockdown. Took much longer than advertised to arrive (somewhat understandable)....Used the dumbbells for a few months until one broke (a poor design/manufacture). Started a conversation with their customer care who sounded very understanding at first but then went silent and didn't respond to my follow-up emails. Checked their website today and looks like the company is no longer online. I guess they made their money by being opportunistic during Covid and by the looks of it left a lot of people dissatisfied. Perhaps a lesson for the future - trust brands you know?

Terrible Customer Service BWSS's customer support is terrible. The product I ordered came damaged. They acknowledge that this happens a lot, blamed it completly on the shipping company, and said I needed to settle it with them. After that proved to be a dead end, BWSS kept passing me back and forth between two people, Kira and Sarah, who each clearly didn't even bother reading the email thread and offered absolutely no help. They gave me the run around until I just gave up. Their products aren't unique, I suggest ordering from any other company.

Buyer Beware Company does not ship on time. Ordered adjustable dumbbells with stated shipment time of 2-4 weeks. After 6 weeks no shipment and no communication. Had to file dispute with credit card company. BWSS likewise did not respond to dispute. Company also removes all negative reviews from their website. Ordered same adjustable dumbbell set from competitor and received in one week.

Buyer Beware Buyer Beware - my dumbbells broke within 3 months of receiving and the company won’t stand behind their product. Save your money and buy from a reputable company. Btw - this is my second time posting because the company deleted my prior post. They delete bad reviews off of their page.

I purchased 95lb I purchased 95lb. adjustable dumbbells and I can’t believe how much better these are than traditional dumbbells. They really pay for themselves! BWSS is a great company who communicated shipping delays which isn’t even their fault. There’s a global container shortage, longshoreman worker issues related to Covid, etc. I would highly recommend this company.
