Joke of a company Wouldn't cancel my order before shipping. Now they won't return my emails about returning the items and the return link on their website doesn't work. Absolute joke of a company.

Tribe-Wod I’ve ordered from Tribe-Wod on two separate occasions. The first time I ordered a set of weighted plates and the second was a backpack. While yes, they do take a little longer than normal for items to ship, they provided me good customer service when I reached out to them to correct any problems I was facing. This company gets poor reviews for being “scams” but that’s not the case. We’re used to having products delivered within days of ordering and are quick to write off smaller companies as “frauds” but give them a chance and be patient their products are as described and great quality.

Tribe Wod does not fulfill it's orders after receiving payment I placed an order for a Thor KB in October with delivery guaranteed by December. It is now March. Still no product. Customer service responses are vague. They posted a picture of a warehouse full of this product and continue to sell it. However people buying it even in January are reporting that they have not received their product either. In February I received an automated response to my inquiry stating it would be shipped in 1-2 weeks. That did not occur. Now my order on my account is marked FULFILLED. i never received a new tracking number or the product. I believe I am out the money and the product at this point.

unresponsive customer "service" I ordered an Odin Hammer. They sent a Thor. I returned it using their ups label.They won't refund the money until they receive it. Got lost by UPS. Now no response to repeated enquiries. reported to BBB. Will contest charges on CC.

Ordered a product of 4 Feb Ordered a product of 4 Feb. Item still hasn't shipped. Reached out to customer service email in three occasions. Zero responses.
