They make it look easy and like good pricing up front, but once they have your card and info they make it very hard for you to make payments and very easy for you to miss them! Once they get you to miss a payment they lock on EXTENSIVE late fees! What started as a $10/month membership quickly ended up costing me $100 in two months!! As soon as there is a competitor in the area I will be switching!

Avoid Vasa gym. Indianapolis, IN - East Thompson road facility. Pros: - Inexpensive monthly fee ($10). - Lots of equipment. Cons: - Someone brought in a bolt cutter, cut my lock and took the cash from my wallet. Told the front desk. They took down my name and number and never heard anything from them. - Different machines broken each week. - People recording themselves. - Machines ripped, missing paddings. - People just hanging around machines. - People using two machines at the same time going back and forth between the two. - People bugging you if you are "done yet" or "how many sets do you have left". - People leaving machines, coming back and saying they are still using the machine. - Bathrooms always dirty. - Locker room constantly smells like weed.

They show a genuine interest in your health and fitness journey, offering encouragement and advice when needed. Unlike my experiences at other gyms like Anytime Fitness and Life Time, the approach to upselling personal training is far less aggressive here. Even after declining personal training packages, I've never felt any rudeness from the coaches, which is a pleasant change. The gym itself is well-maintained, especially considering the high traffic it receives. While there's always room for improvement in the cleanliness of locker rooms and workout areas, it's clear that the team puts in a great effort to keep the facility in top shape.

These guys are absolute crooks These guys are absolute crooks, I don’t know how anyone could work there and sleep at night. The gym and facilities are beautiful however the lies begin at the initial meeting. I was assured I could pay with my HSA. I told them I could not afford it if that wasn’t the case. When it was denied, they called me at least 6 times a day, asking for an alternative payment info. I told them I couldn’t afford that and needed to cancel. They never listened, but continued to call me until I stopped answer. ( I have to work, I can’t answer their calls all day) when I did that they sent it to collections, $4000 later (for 6 month)they have the audacity to ask if I would want to return to their gym. Nope, never and I will tell everyone I know.

Vasa Fitness on West 38th street Vasa Fitness on West 38th street. It is an unsafe environment. People carry guns there and the staff doesn’t do anything about this. They allow arguments to happen that has resulted in people being shot.
