The main benefit of using hired.com is that the candidate just needs to wait for invites, instead of actively looking for openings in each company (and doing all the forms for each application again and again)

Great Experience! My experience with Hired was Great! I landed a job interview offer almost immediately and in the end of the day managed to land a new job via Hired! Also had some great assistance in both the form of Website popups as well as regular emails from the team. Would be happy to use Hired again if I need to change my job again.

Worked for me I put my resume in and within the same day I received a request to interview. Then I went through the rest of the interviews and got an offer. Within the span of a week that I was active on Hired I received two interview requests (two different companies). edit: I want to add I'm self-taught so I imagine if you have a degree you'd have more opportunity than me.
