I like the concept alot but want more quality of life in the code exams I like the concept of letting companies come to me. Additionally, I liked that the staff reached out to me privately when my profile wasn't getting enough attention so I got some tips from them. Also, I think the code assessments are fair but it could be more transparent on what they're judging. Before going to their convention, I wasn't aware that employers would look at them, let alone an entire replay. On the same subject, there isn't any code completion so if you don't remember which is correct in Java, you're kind of doomed: HashSet.put( ) , HashSet.set( ) , HashSet.insert( ) , HashSet.add( ). Overall, I think it's a really nice platform and I can feel that they put alot of effort into it.

Don't waste your time on this website Don't waste your time on this website They demand to spend more time on your profile, ask to pass some online tests to make the profile more attractive, but it's all waste of time. There was no single interview for a few months. I have over 20 years of experience and the skillset is definitely not the problem. Apart from being demanding, they also set time limit when they show your profile on the website, which is a complete nonsense. Other job websites or linkedin are much more efficient to find a job, so I wouldn't recommend wasting your time here.

very nice interface very nice interface very nice staff members very nice customer support companies to whom you will be speaking might be not as nice :( but hopefully, hired can fix this. when they send an interview request and say they will pay let's say 100k, after the interview they say 70k is very top end, this gives false hopes and, if they don't care about wasting their time, I don't want waste my time there is nothing wrong to send a request and say we can't pay 100k but we can somehow make you interested, but the top-end budget will be 70k if you decide to have interviewed you already know what are you aiming at...

Hired is worthless Hired doesn't provide me any value and I can't see anything that is happening, companies that viewed my profile, what they are looking for etc. I don't see what value they are providing me that isn't better on other hiring platforms. If you don't want to actively be job searching I guess its a low effort way to put yourself out there but I would never pay for anything because they don't provide any benefits.

I have been pleasantly surprised I have been pleasantly surprised by my experience on Hired. After being reached out to by a representative, I joined Hired and immediately had multiple companies reach out to apply to their company. I love the idea of companies applying to job seekers and would love to see more companies adopt Hired as a platform.
