There was no single interview for a few months. I have over 20 years of experience and the skillset is definitely not the problem. Apart from being demanding, they also set time limit when they show your profile on the website, which is a complete nonsense. Other job websites or linkedin are much more efficient to find a job, so I wouldn't recommend wasting your time here.

The whole experience is smooth starting from creating an account till getting interviews. Hired.com is absolutely one of my favorite places to look for a job.

Hired is worthless Hired doesn't provide me any value and I can't see anything that is happening, companies that viewed my profile, what they are looking for etc. I don't see what value they are providing me that isn't better on other hiring platforms. If you don't want to actively be job searching I guess its a low effort way to put yourself out there but I would never pay for anything because they don't provide any benefits.
