GBYou got what you're looking for. In less than 12h, I've got more than three interview requests. The main benefit of using hired.com is that the candidate just needs to wait for invites, instead of actively looking for openings in each company (and doing all the forms for each application again and again)

GBInitial Hired Experience My initial experience has been very positive overall. Hired made it easy to import my resume, gave tips on rounding out my profile, and made it easy to submit everything for review. I was able to get interview requests fairly quickly and the scheduling process has been simple and intuitive so far.

GBI'm loyal to them 🤞🏾 I’ve been rocking with this company way back before they were called “Hired” and I will continue to stick by them. I’ve never met a platform like theirs where the candidate has so much authority when it comes to landing a new job. Literally the companies who are interested in you, come to you with an offer so that already takes a lot of the legwork with blindly applying off the table. No more resumes going into the dark abyss of application platforms. No more waste time spent drafting cover letters for companies who aren’t interested. Hired is the valet service for techies looking to get a job.

GBI like the concept alot but want more quality of life in the code exams I like the concept of letting companies come to me. Additionally, I liked that the staff reached out to me privately when my profile wasn't getting enough attention so I got some tips from them. Also, I think the code assessments are fair but it could be more transparent on what they're judging. Before going to their convention, I wasn't aware that employers would look at them, let alone an entire replay. On the same subject, there isn't any code completion so if you don't remember which is correct in Java, you're kind of doomed: HashSet.put( ) , HashSet.set( ) , HashSet.insert( ) , HashSet.add( ). Overall, I think it's a really nice platform and I can feel that they put alot of effort into it.
