Starting up again It's been a while since I used Hired and now that I have more experience I'm glad Hired reached out. I love the UI and the comparisons help out a lot. I've received a couple interviews already and the communication with employers works out well.

I like the concept alot but want more quality of life in the code exams I like the concept of letting companies come to me. Additionally, I liked that the staff reached out to me privately when my profile wasn't getting enough attention so I got some tips from them. Also, I think the code assessments are fair but it could be more transparent on what they're judging. Before going to their convention, I wasn't aware that employers would look at them, let alone an entire replay. On the same subject, there isn't any code completion so if you don't remember which is correct in Java, you're kind of doomed: HashSet.put( ) , HashSet.set( ) , HashSet.insert( ) , HashSet.add( ). Overall, I think it's a really nice platform and I can feel that they put alot of effort into it.

Hired is worthless Hired doesn't provide me any value and I can't see anything that is happening, companies that viewed my profile, what they are looking for etc. I don't see what value they are providing me that isn't better on other hiring platforms. If you don't want to actively be job searching I guess its a low effort way to put yourself out there but I would never pay for anything because they don't provide any benefits.

This is great!! This is great!!! One of the best job platforms I have ever seen in this world. Will definitely keep working on this platform and will invite all my friends looking for new opportunities.

Worked for me I put my resume in and within the same day I received a request to interview. Then I went through the rest of the interviews and got an offer. Within the span of a week that I was active on Hired I received two interview requests (two different companies). edit: I want to add I'm self-taught so I imagine if you have a degree you'd have more opportunity than me.
