I've been all about Fogatti since I… I've been all about Fogatti since I gave their tankless water heater a try. It worked very well and was a cinch to install. Fogatti's 15000 btu roof A/C for my fifth wheel wasn't difficult to install. In truth the only reason; so far I refuse to give 5 stars is because the remote line is ridiculously short which is grossly inconvenient to open the cover plate cause the remote line IS STUPID SHORT!

Do not buy fogatti I ordered a rv water heater in October. After install it doesn’t work. After hours on the phone they sent a new motherboard. Same issue exists. More hours on the phone. I ended up uninstalling and shipping back the unit for a full replacement. After installing that unit has a different problem and will not fire up. I’ve been dealing with this for 4 months. They have shipped parts and nothing works. If I don’t call them daily nothing gets done. Even after calling daily nothing is getting done. It’s been over 4 months. I’m going to warn everyone about this company. Do not buy this product.

Their support doesn't answer your questions I was in the market for a tankless water heater for my RV. I had questions about the fitment that I posed to their support. They failed to meet their 1 to 2 business day response time. When they did respond they had made no effort to answer my questions, just referred me to their website. I had already researched the product on the site and the fitment was not addressed to my satisfaction. About a week after sending the original request, I received another reply from their fitment support again not addressing my questions. I bought a Furrion as their support answered questions I posed.
