GBWe ordered a 55,000 BTU tankless water… We ordered a 55,000 BTU tankless water heater that we received within 5 days, it was very quick getting here, the installation was about a 4 hour job, very easy and straightforward. I can’t figure out why I didn’t do this sooner. We love taking a shower without having to shut the water off constantly, it takes just seconds to get hot water at the tap. Before I ordered I had sent them a message asking questions and they called me back right away and they answered all my questions. All and all this was a very good experience.

GBThey Always respond to any issues or questions. They are very responsive to any problems that come up. There newest tankless water heaters are better than ever. The layout of the store and the shopping experance is a little confusing sometimes. But all things considered there products are very good.

GBI recommend it, read why ! I have a 1997 class A diesel pusher still running the original water heater, a suburban 6-gallon tank propane unit. I was going to install an electric point of use water heater inline before the propane water heater. The more I researched and considered I may not have the electrical requirement in all situations, the more I decided against it for now. I use the coach for work travel and usually have unlimited electrical, but it can be delayed for a week or two upon arrival. That being said I decided on this Fogatti because of the on-demand feature and I believe it uses far less propane than a tank heater. I have been using the Fogatti now, every day, for a month. Working perfectly and yes it will heat water as long as you want or until you run out of fuel for it. I may install an electric on-demand/point-of-use heater in the future just to save on propane (LP Gas) when parked for months on a job. The Fogatti was worth the investment, I would buy it again for any RV I own.

GBThe Fogatti water heater is not good quality The Fogatti water heater is a low-quality unit. The controller malfunctioned within 6 months and it has malfunctioned yet again. Obtaining warrantee assistance from Fogatti is painstakingly slow, requiring constant reminder emails being sent, which will go unanswered for weeks. The idea of an on-demand water heater is great, but this unit just doesnt meet good quality standards. I would not purchase again.

GBStop looking and just buy it. I looked at a few on demand water heaters and decided on this one. Install was a breeze, works as it should and is fairly efficient on propain. It replaced a suburban 12gal had to order the big 18x18 door. Everything fit great and looks factory
