Water heater works great Water heater works great! Great customer service! Had an issue and it was resolved quickly. There are a couple extra parts needed, but not included or offered during purchase. This delayed the installation of the heater. Installation instructions were pretty vague, but with some common sense it was pretty easy.

We ordered a 55,000 BTU tankless water… We ordered a 55,000 BTU tankless water heater that we received within 5 days, it was very quick getting here, the installation was about a 4 hour job, very easy and straightforward. I can’t figure out why I didn’t do this sooner. We love taking a shower without having to shut the water off constantly, it takes just seconds to get hot water at the tap. Before I ordered I had sent them a message asking questions and they called me back right away and they answered all my questions. All and all this was a very good experience.

The quality of the unit is excellent The quality of the unit is excellent! The Attwood replacement door assembly is a perfect fit on my Motorhome. Having the water and propane connections straight and square on the back side of the unit allowed me to easily reconfigure my hot, cold and propane connections in the additional space available behind the unit. Functionally, the unit works perfectly! We wish we had made the switch the last time we replaced our leaky Attwood unit!

Possibly the WORST customer service I… Possibly the WORST customer service I have ever felt with. Leaked everywhere, made multiple calls eventually got a warranty exchange, going on week 2 with no hot water, and no response from the company. Called twice today and still nothing. The call center is overseas and they have no idea what is going on. Such a joke and total waste!
