GBWouldnt trust this company We ordered a saddle and it did come. The saddle did not fit or work for our horse. So we attempted to return the saddle. We called, emailed, and attempted to use the return form on their site. We tried to contact them for weeks, texting got one response that they were sorry and would get the return label sent. This never happened. We ended up sending it back ourselves and claiming fraud on our credit card. Not worth the hassle.

GBReturns I bought a baker sheet, defective.sent emails no response. If you sell something back it up. No customer service. Horrible business. Glad to see i am not the only one who is being ignored.

GBExpectations EXCEEDED! I needed some chaps in a week's time and I took a chance on Texan Saddles chinks. I admit I was worried the quality would be shabby with the lower price, but they are AWESOME! And they came in 4 days time! I love them and have gotten a number of compliments. Will definitely look into Texan Saddles again for other products.

GBIf I could leave -5 star review I… If I could leave -5 star review I would. I am trying to return hay bags and have done the same as the others. I sent several texts, emails, and website return link. I did get an email from "Patrick" telling me they lost their customer service employee and he would get back to me. It's been three weeks and I still haven't heard from him.

GBCustomer service was aweful Customer service was aweful. My order got placed on backorder and any time I would email I would not get a response or a delayed response that wouldn't answer my question. I called once and was told the team would have to call me back abd they never did. Finally got a response to substitute my item for one in stocks and that one was shipped within a week and appears to be a good saddle we have not used it yet. The cince that came with it however was to thick and had to be replaced.
