GBI have been trying to make a return and… I have been trying to make a return and have been ignored for two weeks. All my emails have gone ignored and the phone number doesn’t work. Customer service need help!

GBUpdate: absolute SCAM. ***Update**** luckily my order was only $14 but this company is an absolute scam. A quick google search yielded their “about me” page with their executives. All very canned bios with AI photos. I searched every executive they listed on this page, absolutely none showed up on any social media, and I challenge you to find a small e-commerce company that isn’t expanding their digital presence. I’m in this industry and I know e-commerce. Do not buy from them. Original complaint: ORD#6333 customer service is terrible Terrible user experience regarding a back ordered item. Other than the initial notification of back order, and a suggestion to choose a different color that is in stock, I have had no human interaction, all my responses and follow ups generate the same automated response from all emails. Cancel this order and refund my money please. (That’s on my latest response that will undoubtedly generate the same “Hey Keeton! Thanks for getting back to us. We understand that waiting for the backordered item can be a drag. But no worries, we've got some alternative products in stock that you might like. In fact, we have a great Racing Bat available. If you're interested, you can check out more options by clicking on this link: Let us know if you have any other questions or if there's anything else we can do for you.” I’ve gotten several times now)

GBWould have given five stars but I was… Would have given five stars but I was not able to get feedback of any kind when I placed my order, and then got no Email order acknowledgment. I did not know when it was shipping, and could not find out through repeated phone calls, left messages, and emails and texts. Finally got in touch with Patrick. He sent me shipping information and I am very happy with the product I ordered and glad I was able to get the feeders in the colors I needed.

GBImpossible to contact for a product… Impossible to contact for a product return. I bought a pair of spurs which were very poor quality and the right and left ones weren't even the same size. Tried 2 phone calls, 2 emails and one text message to get return instructions and never got a response. Not a real company in my opinion.
