HRMalfunction product. Zero Response. Scammers. Bought Scooter X9 Plus. Received product with obvious malfunction. Front and rear brake discs are uncentered and impossible to get into the shape of normal tyre rotation without abrasion and loud squealing. Sent an email to their support, with no answer whatsoever. SCAM. AVOID.

GBSCAMMERS. SCAMMERS. I am still waiting since August for my ebike, I have asked for a refund but they do not contact you back, they are cyber thieves, I lost a total of £954 using this company and PayPal have been no help at all, in fact it is PayPal that are making matters worse. Stay away from Avostore total SCAMMERS.

GBStill waiting for parcel was supposed… Still waiting for parcel was supposed to be sent out on the 12th but couldn't get an update on tracking spoke to company and they said it would be sent yesterday the 22nd so let's see if it arrives this time, other than that good company to deal with and was happy with original delivery

GBAdvice please Hi, I've received the aovo Pro 365 e scooter for my son's christmas present. It's currently on charge and turns on etc but cannot get the app to pair with the scooter and cannot get the scooter to actually work or move. I've emailed the address but I'm feeling very worried as it's a Chinese address although it's been shipped from Germany. Please can you advise me. Thanks
