GBAdvice please Hi, I've received the aovo Pro 365 e scooter for my son's christmas present. It's currently on charge and turns on etc but cannot get the app to pair with the scooter and cannot get the scooter to actually work or move. I've emailed the address but I'm feeling very worried as it's a Chinese address although it's been shipped from Germany. Please can you advise me. Thanks

HRMalfunction product. Zero Response. Scammers. Bought Scooter X9 Plus. Received product with obvious malfunction. Front and rear brake discs are uncentered and impossible to get into the shape of normal tyre rotation without abrasion and loud squealing. Sent an email to their support, with no answer whatsoever. SCAM. AVOID.

GBBought this M365 scooter for Christmas… Bought this M365 scooter for Christmas and have a major issue with the folding mechanism clip which snapped whilst I was riding the scooter causing me to have a fall off. The pins connecting the handle to the scooter had worked loose. I have tried to contact the after sales as advised on Web site but have had no response to several emails and messenger chat won't connect....totally rubbish aftersales service!!!
