Brought electric scooter for my son… Brought electric scooter for my son arrived on time my son loves it had a problem with inner tube but sent me another right away no problem

I really don't know how people claim to… I really don't know how people claim to have a bad experience with the customer service. I bought an scooter that worked fine for months, but I once had an issue with a broken controller, then with the folding system and I got both pieces sent in no time without even paying a cent. They were also very nice and attentive.

Scooter bought from this company is… Scooter bought from this company is great , definitely powerful enough get me up hills , goes fast enough to make ride enjoyable but not crazy fast which suits me down to the ground and I can get some shopping in basket , nice one , thank you Aovo 😊 , didn't feel any bumps what so ever which was brilliant

Malfunction product. Zero Response. Scammers. Bought Scooter X9 Plus. Received product with obvious malfunction. Front and rear brake discs are uncentered and impossible to get into the shape of normal tyre rotation without abrasion and loud squealing. Sent an email to their support, with no answer whatsoever. SCAM. AVOID.
