Then I reclaimed to the customer service and they promised to send me a product that may maintain the problem but it was big lie. They don't even respond to my claims . Scooter bought from this company is… Scooter bought from this company is great , definitely powerful enough get me up hills , goes fast enough to make ride enjoyable but not crazy fast which suits me down to the ground and I can get some shopping in basket , nice one , thank you Aovo 😊 , didn't feel any bumps what so ever which was brilliant
