GBDamaged part... This is a difficult time and the process has been pretty good considering. My bike did come with a damaged part and I’m in the process of rectifying that. Hopefully things will go well for replacing that part in a timely manner.

I live in Miami and after a few months hasn’t rusted at all, what has been a great surprise. Its in perfect condition. I use it a lot and do a long rides, including some trails and always performs perfect.

GBThe company canceled my order because… The company canceled my order because of Covid-19, I ordered another one and I’m currently waiting almost three months for my order. I gave it three stars because I believe the company is a great company and just didn’t have the juice to Keep up with the demand. It’s just happened to be a disappointment to me since I won’t receive the bike until the end of the summer. Which defeats the purpose.

GBRecommend! Bike arrived later than expected (but was true of most bike companies due to supply chain struggles during the pandemic). Bike is a great mix of style and function. It’s comfortable yet has great speed options (I got the Maya) and was built with beautiful and thoughtful details for women.
