Happy Customer I ordered a new pair of Salomon ski boots on late Monday evening. SKIS.COM had a 10% off for new customers, so the price was the best I could find. Then I read of some of the reviews and was a little concerned. Not to worry. SKIS.COM shipped the boots on Wednesday (2 days later) and they arrived on Friday via UPS (total of 4 days from ordering). Probably would have arrived on Thursday but weather in the midwest has been delaying shipments. The order was correct. I would have prefered an email saying shipment occurred, but I did track the shipment on SKIS.COM website. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience and I would order from SKIS.COM again.

I normally don’t leave online reviews… I normally don’t leave online reviews but felt I should give an honest review of my experience after seeing so many bad reviews. After not skiing for 20 years I got more into skiing this season and decided to buy my own gear and take advantage of end of season sales. I did a lot of research online and ended up buying an entire complete new ski package from skis.com for a total of $1900. After I placed my order I found all these negative reviews and got a little nervous, but I didn’t have to wait long. I placed my order on Saturday, March 27, 2021, and all of the items shipped and arrived at my house today, Wednesday March 31, 2021. I received emails and tracking numbers for all the packages and everything arrived today. I am very happy with my purchase and excited to try out my new gear next season!

These guys seem better now! I was a little concerned after seeing these reviews, as I had already placed an order, but I have to say, I think the new ownership are great. I had a perfectly flawless transaction buying skis online from Skis.com. Received an email with tracking, and delivered within 5 days.

It's hit or miss with skis.com Would give one star, but added a second star because it's hit or miss with them. I've had a first ok experience (items ordered were delivered and in a timely manner). But my latest purchase is a miss. One of the items was defective after 2 usages and well, like the other reviews here, customer service is basically non-existent. Unfortunately, the item was for my son who was just starting his season's races, and I needed a replacement asap. So I had to buy, elsewhere mind you, another and now have to trash what I got from skis.com I guess :/ Closing my account with them, not worth it.

Fast Shipping & Good Service Ordered some XC boots from Skis. com. Got scared after reading so many negative reviews. Called 3 days after I placed the order, because I hadn't received an order status update. Customer service picked up after 1 ring. Told me my order had shipped 2 days prior and would be arriving the next day. Was also given the UPS tracking number. Item arrived next day, as stated. Only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because they didn't originally send an email stating my order had shipped. Most online stores do that these days.
