Excellent Service Easy check in and check out. Unit was very clean. Whimstay was very quick to help resolve an issue with being on the beach rental list, and a repair man showed up quickly to fix the master tub handle. Fees were cheaper than other booking sites, too. We loved the location and look forward to returning and booking again through Whimstay.

Great discounts & easy to use Whimstay has been a win/win for our family. We frequently check the site for better rates on our getaway stays and have put the savings towards more fun while we’re away. On our latest Tahoe trip we had some weather related issues with the crazy snow, we found the customer service team to be super responsive in helping us get what we needed from the property owner. Cannot cancel for any reason when… Cannot cancel for any reason when you’re within 60 days. Kinda eliminates emergency cancellations. Won’t ever use Whimstay again!! Had some conversations with customer service and they seem to have the scam air tight. AVOID!! AVOID!!
