GBRented a vacation home in Miami through… Rented a vacation home in Miami through VRBO with Search-a-Stay as managing company. After flights excursions and reservations booked for 12 people received a email saying our reservation was being canceled due to no longer doing short term rentals this was BS the property was then listed as a new listing for 4times the price. This is considered BAIT AND SWITCH! Can not believe this company represent a client that would do this as well as the company allows this to happen. DO NOT RENT from this managing company!!

GBProperty is located close to waterfront in the financial district - unit needs updating. Location of the property is great with lots of restaurants close by and near financial district. Very urban feel with a mix of homeowners and vacationers. The unit itself was quite dated and needs many fixes. The window blinds were broken and the sliding door in the guest bedroom was busted. Furniture was old and very low to ground (1990's style?). Carpet had stains. Air conditioner and dehumidifier kept the temperature cool. Unit has washer/dryer which is handy. Building has 2 pools, hot tub, huge workout facility and party room.

GBSearchastay and VRBO cancelled after we had flights booked and will not contact us to help! I booked a rental on VRBO via Searchstay in Rosemary Beach, FL and had flights booked. VRBO and Searchastay cancelled the reservation via email to me with ZERO explanation. There are NO other rentals available at this point - VRBO and Searchastay will not return my emails and have not called me back. Do not trust Searchastay. I received a BOOKING CONFIRMATION and had to agree to a NO CANCELLATION POLICY.

GBHighly recommended location!!! We have had an amazing vacation in the home. The management company was attentive when we had questions and remedied all issues very quickly. The home was clean and in great condition. We enjoyed the amenities of the clubhouse and had a super time staying here.

GBIf I could give zero stars If I could give zero stars, I would. I reached out to them four times over a week regarding an upcoming rental. It wasn't until the fourth time that they finally responded, letting me know my reservation was being canceled. They also won't refund my payment despite multiple requests and are telling me to dispute the charge on PayPal to get my money back. The customer service is horrendous.
