GBWe stayed in H2Oasis We stayed in H2Oasis. The cabin was nothing like pictured. I don’t know we’re to begin. Sliding door handle broken. Pool outside door not functioning. Dirty pool, bugs floating in an indoor pool. Hot tub disgusting. No chemicals available for pool or hot tub. Zero water pressure in the shower. 8 towels for a cabin that sleeps 10. No pool towels. Queen bed upstairs literally had a crater in the middle. 3/5 video games worked. No fire pit. Grass knee high. Broken outdoor furniture. Dirty dishes in the cabinet, lipstick on a glass. No hand towels or dish rags in the kitchen. No hangers in the so called closet. Maintenance came day one to check the pool. Placed a hose to fill it, asked us to remove the hose after it filled.

GBFamily of 3 rented the Black Bear… Family of 3 rented the Black Bear Rendez View cabin. The cleaning people were amazing (HK 12) JR and Kristy. We had an issue upon arrival, people refused to leave the cabin, during Hurricane Dorian. But, the office got that resolved and got the cabin cleaned. We truly enjoyed our cabin. All the amenities listed, nothing else needed. Office really took care of us!

GBNever Again. Upon arrival, the air conditioning was broken and the backyard was completely polluted with trash including cans, Solo cups, plates, and other garbage. The house was not clean. There were Doritos on the floor and steps. The surfaces were thick with dust and many windows had thick cobwebs in the INSIDE. The surround-sound in the media room did not work and there was a large leak in the ceiling on the first floor from the second floor bathroom. We had to keep a trashcan on the dining room table to catch the water. The Wifi went in and out and was mostly unusable. The only positive feedback we can give is that guest services was pleasant and responsive whenever we called about the problems we were experiencing. I would never stay here again or recommend it.

GBWorst stay for our family Worst stay for our family. We rented “Altitude Adjustment” for 4 days. Floors were dirty, not a full set of pool balls, hot tub didn’t work, toilet flooded, cleaning supplies left out, one trash bag for 4 days and 12 people, smelled of mildew. No one came to fix toilet after several phone calls so my husband turned off the water to it and fixed it himself. After we checked out and discussed our entire situation to one of the customer service reps, she offered us 25% off our next stay. Needless to say we will not be booking through this company again. It’s a shame too since we come to gatlinburg and pigeon forge area 2-3 times a year.

GBI am woefully disappointed and have not… I am woefully disappointed and have not even checked into the cabin. My cabin was fully paid for with all associated agreements signed and completed. It is 30 minutes after my scheduled check-in time and the reservation company will still not release the address for me to arrange a grocery pickup. I did not request check in code and I am several states away and not even to the airport yet. This is not a security issue. This is poor policy which I challenged and challenged and still find absurd. You will soon find your company out of business Venture Resorts if you cannot move into the 20th century and your supervisors are belligerent.
