CACould use a freshening up Could use a freshening up! Overall location and size of property were as advertised and more than adequate for a large group. Major complaint which I had with the house (and reason for low rating) was on overall cleanliness. Carpets were so filthy throughout (especially staircases and bedrooms) that was difficult to stomach walking on them. Also found condition of bathrooms to be less than appealing. Price point for the rental was great but old adage of getting what you pay for is very applicable here.

GBDisappointing! Really disappointed on how they handle customer service. We reserved a hotel room at panama city, but days ago the reports have been saying that the weather was bad due to hurricane barry,beaches were closed to the public, they even have double redflags on those days. We called days ago to cancel due to the weather and ask for refund since its weather related but they said to only refund if it is an emergency state. We hoped we they would consider Has been going on for weeks, poor communication, they keep making promises to either call u or ff up with the hotel yet nothing really happens.called the hotels(also was not receptive). Overall im not happy on how it turned out just left you hanging, been a month already yet thw response is always the same. Ive gotten tired already so i give up. Im never booking w vacatia anymore.they couldve at least given us a compensation in return, that one night costs us 400 bucks it all went to nothing. Just really disappointed and unhappy with the service.

GBSHADY AND UNPROFESSIONAL This is my second day on vacation and my family is still not in the unit that we booked for the 21st through the 28th. I called yesterday and spoke to the Westgate Myrtle Beach and they told me my unit was ready. We arrived after a 13 hour drive to be stuffed in a very small Hotel room, because they rented our unit!!!!!!!!! The hotel room is a 2 Star at best. Very small. I have called Customer Service and have left my number numerous times. I have also sent emails with no response. However I did get an email from Camilla about enjoying our stay. What a joke. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had on a vacation rental. The fine print did not cover them renting our unit and sticking us in a hotel room at a ridiculous rate of what we paid for the unit. The hotel gave us a 50$ gift card for their restaurant and waved our resort fees but also promised to resolve first thing this morning. I checked at the desk this morning and they basically did not understand how or why this was an issue. I don’t understand how a resort and Vacatia can double book a unit and leave the consumer hanging.

GBThey are a disaster They are a disaster. They took over management of a place where I have a time share. Under prior management for 20 year, never a complaint. This year, under their management, I rented my unit out through Vacatia. They told me it was rented for the entire week. I never got a check. Called them and was told they switched, but the renters in someone else's unit and put an owner in mine, thus no rent. When I raised a fuss, they sent me a minimal check..didn't even cover one night's rental. Disgusted, I put the place up for sale through them. They found a buyer dirt, dirt cheap. That was fine. But, I signed the papers in October. It is now Dec. 23, and they still haven't closed on it. I will not get it closed in this fiscal year. They never call me back and when I asked for the number of the resort itself, they gave me a run around, 6 different numbers and none of them was the resort. They are totally incompetent.

GBBack in February of 2021 my bank debit… Back in February of 2021 my bank debit card was compromised and a charge of $501.14 was taken from my account. I text the company through messenger and they never responded. The bank wanted a police report so they could investigate. I was asking Vistania if they could supply name of person/person's that used the debit card to pay for rental. It would of helped with investigations and I could have them arrested. Long story short, the bank said everything looked legit and therefore they are not refunding money. The police closed case due to this. So I am out $2268.
