GBThough the property was nice Though the property was nice, immediately after checking in, they directed us to a sales man. No ice on the freezer, no cleaning services or changes of towers, etc, and after paying the rate I did and not able to check it n the until very late, they were not accommodating with a late checkout. Not a good experience.

GBvacatia was good but the resort was … vacatia was good but the resort was NOT, But when I contacted a rep at Vaca she was more then happy to assist me and even put me up in another hotel if needed, but this hotel had vomit and urine on the floor worse smell ever, complained the first night about the urine smell, they found the vomit and cleaned it up but urine was still there complained a second day thats when they finally moved the bed and saw the urine stain!

GBMy rci resort has switched to Vacatia… My rci resort has switched to Vacatia for handling maintenance fees. Last year I mailed a checked on time for this and over a month later they sent a notice that I hadn’t paid. When I called they found my check. They evidently don’t have a good processing system. This year I tried to deposit my week and was denied for non payment of fees. I paid on time and my check was cashed. If a company can’t handle payments from customers something is wrong. I am trying to straighten this out now.

GBNo one is there On two occasions I tried to use the Chat feature on the website during business hours. Both times 'no one is available' was the only response after 15 minutes of waiting. There is also no information about how one cancels a reservation. There should be a FAQ on 'how do I cancel an existing reservation.', and/or a tab on the website.

GBWhen we got there there was nothing but … When we got there there was nothing but smart A$$ people behind the desk The woman in front of us was treated so badly because she's never stayed there before. The woman on the desk just rolled her eyes and talk to her like she was in idiot. There was no parking and it rain and the back parking lot flood and no one bothered to put up a sign or anything that says parking lot may flood. One of the cars got flood and all the front desk could say,"Not my problem." I was not too impressed with the whole experience!!
