Could use a freshening up Could use a freshening up! Overall location and size of property were as advertised and more than adequate for a large group. Major complaint which I had with the house (and reason for low rating) was on overall cleanliness. Carpets were so filthy throughout (especially staircases and bedrooms) that was difficult to stomach walking on them. Also found condition of bathrooms to be less than appealing. Price point for the rental was great but old adage of getting what you pay for is very applicable here.

Will not use site to book property in the future Will not use site to book property again. There are hidden fees. After booking my stay and arriving I was charged almost double in fees than what was listed on the website.

It was the worst experience ever It was the worst experience ever. Took 2 hours to check-in. I was not aware of I would have to check-in at an off-site location. I was sent to 3 different places before reaching the correct location. Unacceptable and highly doubt that I will book with you all again.

Charged a $500 cleaning fee at check in … Charged a $500 cleaning fee at check in which was not expected, Minimal furnishings pots and pans etc, entry gate didn't work, furniture old and falling apart, beds old, one month stay never cleaned the room once. Trash receptacles had to be driven to.
